Oxfordshire Business Support (OBS) is working with Oxford City Council, Federation of Small Business (FSB) and the Small Business Saturday team to welcome the Small Business Saturday Bus to Oxford.

When: Thursday 19th November 2015

Stop 1: Bonn Square, central Oxford (10am-2pm)

Stop 2: Manzil Way, off Cowley Road, Oxford (2.30pm-4pm)

Are you an independent retailer? Then join Keith Slater for a short seminar on how you can view your business through the eyes of a customer to help shape your future strategy for success. Keith will introduce you to a mystery shopping exercise that has been used with local retailers across the country to help them see their business differently and put in place strategies for retail success.
