New workshops for business

NatWest will be hosting new workshops at their office in Botley in the New Year.

2017 Planning Workshop, Botley, 11th January 12.30-16.30pm.
Having a plan for your business can be the difference between success and failure. You know where you want to take your business but you're just not sure how. This workshop will help you make 2017 your best year yet!

Getting Started: Laying Strong Foundations for Your Business, Botley, 19th January 2017 09.30am-12.30am.
Over a morning cup of coffee, you will be exploring your entire business strategy visually, using Mark's adapted Business Model Canvas. It will be a fun and interactive session and by the end of our time together, you will have identified untapped opportunities within your business, as well as areas that could be improved. You’ll also discover how a series of small changes can lead to big results and what numbers you should start tracking from the very start. Mark believes in running interactive sessions to give participants an opportunity to learn from each other.

How To Beat Procrastination, Botley, 26th January 4-6pm.
To truly succeed it is vital to not only set the right goals but also to find the motivation and perseverance to achieve them. During this interactive session Anna will provide you with new strategies to overcome procrastination and take action towards the outcomes you really want.

Cyber Crime, Botley, 2nd March 4-6pm.
One in ten adults have been the victim of Cyber Crime and with the annual cost of cyber crime to British businesses, according to statistics from the Centre for Economics and Business Research, of £34 billion, this is something that everyone should be aware of. This seminar with Detective Sergeant Chris Greatorex will let you know the things you need to look out for and how you can protect yourself and your business from a Cyber attack.
